Introducing the Tom Milo Big Band

The Tom Milo Big Band is a versatile organization capable of playing a wide selection of music, ranging from the Glenn Miller tunes of the 40's to the contemporary hits of artists like Whitney Houston or Billy Joel. Frank Sinatra tunes are also a favorite of audiences these days.

The band adapts well to any kind of entertainment situation, be it concert, wedding reception, private party, stage show, or a fund raiser dance. The band can do everything from backing name acts such as Robert Goulet to having fun playing party tunes like YMCA or the Chicken Dance (one of our favorites!).

The caliber of the individual musicians is only the highest. Many of the band members have toured with name organizations such as Stan Kenton, Les Elgart, Duke Ellington, and others. The members in the band have studied at the top musical colleges in the U.S. such as Indiana University and North Texas State.  Several of the band members are on staff at Valparaiso University, named one of the top Liberal Arts Colleges in the Midwest. Each is a soloist in his own right, and gives the band a unique versatility.
